This Website Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website and related online services. It does not replace ChiroPure's Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how ChiroPure may use and disclose protected health information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and explains patients' HIPAA rights. ChiroPure uses HighLevel to support online scheduling, forms, communications, and customer-relationship management. When you request or schedule an appointment online, information you enter may be transmitted to and processed through HighLevel on ChiroPure's behalf.

Call Tracking

We use call-tracking technology to understand how callers found ChiroPure and to route calls. This technology may process information such as the caller's telephone number, the number dialed, the date and time of the call, call duration, call-routing information, and the webpage or advertising source associated with the call. ChiroPure does not record telephone calls.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to understand Website traffic and usage. GA4 may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as device and browser details, approximate location, session information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Website. Google processes this information according to its own terms and privacy practices and the settings selected by ChiroPure.

GA4 does not receive appointment information, form contents, medical information, names, email addresses, or telephone numbers from ChiroPure. 5. Email and Text Communications

If you provide your email address or mobile number, ChiroPure may use it to respond to you and send appointment-related or other service communications. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or reply STOP to marketing text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of receiving treatment or purchasing services. Opting out of marketing messages will not necessarily stop non-marketing communications, such as appointment confirmations or responses to your requests, where otherwise permitted.
